    Is your name Dale? And you were born in West Virginia sometime in the 1940’s?… then this ones for you for sure! The plate measures approximately 12” by 5 1/2” and has been mostly repainted except for the middle of the front side. This is the only one of these that I have come across so far so I’m guessing it’s rare. Please view pictures closely for exact condition details.
